Hinsdale, ill.-based Foxford
Communities has announced the start of sales at Clocktower Pointe, a 108-unit luxury Condominium development in Countryside, Ill.
The new-construction condominiums offer buyers two bedroom homes with up to 2,267 square feet and luxury finishes. A grand opening on May 31 will include a tour of a newly decorated model home.
Located at the intersection of Joliet Road and Willow Springs Road, the development is just minutes from Interstates 55 and 294, providing easy access to the city and suburbs for commuters.
Clocktower Pointe was started in 2009 by another developer. After the first of six planned buildings was completed, work came to a halt because of the recession. Foxford purchased Clocktower Pointe in the fall of 20 13 and began construction on a second building, which will be move-in ready this fall.
“Revitalizing stalled residential real estate projects is what we do,” said Peter Brennan, president of Foxford Communities. “When we looked at Clocktower Pointe, We saw great potential. Not only is it one of the only luxury condominium developments in the area, but it’s also in one of the best locations in countryside, with access to just about any type of shopping and restaurant a homeowner would enjoy.”
The two-bedroom homes have two to 2 ½ baths, and select plans offer an option to include a third bedroom. Homes are priced from $359,900 to $550,000, with approximately 1,882 to 2,267 square feet.
With only four units to a floor, each building offers optimum privacy, and windows wrap around on two sides of each residence to let in natural light. All of the Clocktower Pointe condominiums provide a large, flexible and open living area that leads to oversized private outdoor balconies and/or terraces that range from 165 to 1,000 square feet, providing ample space for a full-sized grill and patio furniture.
Homes at Clocktower Pointe feature upscale, eat-in gourmet kitchens with quartz countertops, stainless-steel appliances and custom cabinets. Master suites feature a walk-in closet and master bath with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a quartz-topped double-bowl vanity. Residences also include a large laundry room complete with a full-capacity, side-by-side top-load washer and dryer.
“With only four plans per floor, and only two on the penthouse level, Clocktower Pointe offers homes so spacious that in some cases they rival single-family home sizes,” said Brennan. “It’s an ideal community for those looking to downsize from a home and enjoy maintenance-free living.”
Additional standard features in Clocktower Pointe condominiums include nine-foot ceilings that create a spacious feel along with crown molding and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living and dining room areas. Each building also includes an elevator and a secured heated parking garage with extra storage space.
Clocktower Pointe is part of the Lyons Township High School district and is minutes away from shopping, dining, theaters and recreational activities. The complex is only 30 minutes away from downtown Chicago.
Clocktower Pointe’s on-site sales center and decorated model will be open Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. For more information, or to make an appointment to visit, call (708) 579-2222 or visit www.clocktowerpointeresidences.com.
