Communities has announced the start of sales at Clocktower Pointe, a 108-unit luxury Condominium development in Countryside, Ill.

The new-construction condominiums offer buyers two bedroom homes with up to 2,267 square feet and luxury finishes. A grand opening on May 31 will include a tour of a newly decorated model home.

Located at the intersection of Joliet Road and Willow Springs Road, the development is just minutes from Interstates 55 and 294, providing easy access to the city and suburbs for commuters.

Clocktower Pointe was started in 2009 by another developer. After the first of six planned buildings was completed, work came to a halt because of the recession. Foxford purchased Clocktower Pointe in the fall of  20 13 and began construction on a second building, which will be move-in ready this fall.

The two-bedroom homes have two to 2 ½ baths, and select plans offer an option to include a third bedroom. Homes are priced from $359,900 to $550,000, with approximately 1,882 to 2,267 square feet.

All of the Clocktower Pointe condominiums provide a large, flexible and open living area that leads to oversized private outdoor balconies and/or terraces that range from 165 to 1,000 square feet, providing ample space for a full-sized grill and patio furniture.
