Clocktower Pointe

Clocktower Pointe, a luxury condominium development in Countryside, Ill., offers spacious floor plans and upscale finishes that makes it an easy transition for empty-nesters who still want the space of their former home – but without the stairs.

All of the Clocktower Pointe condominiums provide a large, flexible and open living area that leads to oversized private outdoor balconies or terraces that range from 165 to 1,000 square feet, providing ample space for a full-sized grill and patio furniture. According to Peter Brennan, president of Foxford Communities and developer of the community, with only four units per floor, and only two on the penthouse level, Clocktower Pointe offers homes so spacious that in some cases they rival single-family home sizes.

“It’s an ideal community for those looking to downsize from a home and enjoy maintenance-free living,” adds Brennan. Homes at Clocktower Pointe offer 1,882 to 2,267 square feet with two- to three-bedrooms and 2 to 2½ baths. Prices range from $359,900 to $550,000.
