Sunset Pavilion at Breezewald Park on Lake Zurich will open to the public

Sunset Pavilion at Breezewald Park on Lake Zurich will officially open to the public at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 28.

The business will offer a selection of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks, as well as light food options…the $157,000 facility, funded by the developer of the nearby Somerset by the Lake luxury rental community…

Suburban Multifamily Real Estate in 2017 Built On Its Breakout 2016

Last year was one for the record books in Chicago multifamily real estate. Apartment sales downtown and in the suburbs set records for volume.

This year, downtown multifamily struggled with new inventory resulting in flat rent growth, declining lease retention rates and developers of newer assets struggling to find buyers.

Lake Zurich has closed its sale of the 1.35-acre downtown area

“Lake Zurich has closed its sale of the 1.35-acre downtown area known as Block C to Foxford Communities for the development of 48 apartment units in two buildings, village officials announced Thursday.

The development called Somerset by the Lake is planned for the northwest corner of Main Street and Old Rand Road.”
